Our History
Ulanqab Kema New Material Co., Ltd. is located in Mengwei New Material Industrial Park, Chayouhou Banner. It was successfully registered on June 9, 2017 with a registered capital of RMB 50 million. A production line project with an annual output of 3,000 tons of vinylpyrrolidone (NVP) and 1,500 tons of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP: K30, K90) has been built. The project started in March 2018. It was put into trial operation on December 26 of that year. Vinylpyrrolidone monomer was produced and put on the market in March 2019. At the end of the year, polyvinylpyrrolidone K30 was produced, and the quality reached Industrial grade, some of which have reached European standard pharmaceutical grade, and are being tested by users and SGS and other professional testing institutions; now PVPK90 products are in trial production. The project currently has completed fixed assets of approximately 110 million yuan.
Our Factory
Our factory has a total of 4 workshops with 126 people.
Our product NVP achieves continuous production (breaking the conventional intermittent production) with an annual output of 3000 tons, of which the PVP series has an annual output of 1200 tons. There are 2 production lines for PVP production. And we are planning the second plant to achieve greater output.
