Certification applications accepted before December 1, 2019 shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the original drug GMP and GSP certification. Those who complete the on-site inspection before December 1, 2019 and meet the requirements will be issued with drug GMP and GSP certificates. Where current laws and regulations require on-site inspections, the on-site inspections shall be continued after December 1, 2019, and the enterprises shall be notified of the on-site inspection results; if the inspections do not meet the requirements, they shall be dealt with in accordance with the regulations.
